This is what a 58-year-old construction worker learned after returning a wallet filled with cash to its rightful owner. As it turned out, the wallet with P41,000 cash belonged to a barangay captain. Leonardo Panggo said he had no intentions to keep what is not his. Panggo and his family are currently homeless. They are temporarily residing in a barangay councilmans house. Due to his behavior, the city is set to give him a reward and possible work from the city promised by the mayor. 1 Like = 1 Salute to mang Leonardo!!...
