This is what at trap will do to a dogs leg. Its what we think happened to Ruby. She is a 1.5 year old hound mix that was surrendered to the shelter. The woman who dropped her off was kind enough to pay for her initial vet care. She will see a specialist tomorrow to determine what will need to be done. Ruby is safe in a foster home tonight where she will be loved and protected. We will keep you updated on her prognosis.
