This is what happened in our area. The investor claims this was Everett Custom Homes and Vic says its the investor... Lots of secrecy and shady dealings... We had every right to ask if they were license bonded and insured as that tree towered over the neighboring property.. They refused.. According to the city it was a legal take down but the secrecy combined with permits being pulled in the old owners names and the investor not being honest about who is responsible.
