This is where Carries mother Susan Wipp volunteers. Someone must have sprayed water into my eyes while I was watching this, thats the only explanation I can think of for why my face is suddenly damp. Id love to see programs like this get the recognition and support from the government that they deserve. This seems like the sort of program that is cheaper and more effective then the more traditional programs offered by the medical establishment today.
