This is why I Love what I do!! From my client/friend Laura OGorman. Good morning everyone I am 3 weeks in to my 21 day fix with Shakeology Ive lost 14 pounds lighter and 3 pants sizes smaller . I went to the doctors yesterday and was weighed for the first time officially since I started the 21 day fix. I was shocked and amazed with how much weight I lost just with using my containers to measure my meals and replacing one meal a day with Shakeology drink . I will be honest I havent worked out super hard because my schedule is crazy busy between my kids after school activities and my work schedule but Ive had amazing results. My family has even noticed how much weight Ive lost and have made comments that made me feel amazing. Id like to thank Staci Currie Henry for introducing me to Shakeology its changed my life forever. I will definitely be doing another 21day fix with Shakeology to continue my weight loss journey!
