This is your annual reminder that we have not had fair elections since at least 1865, when many states were- and continue to be- held under illegal union occupation. This is the root of all political, racial, and social unrest. In the words of Saint Moses the Patriarch - Let my people go. 150 years have passed, but the right of the Southern people to be free has not been diminished by the century and a half of illegal, violent occupation. Whether Black, White, or Amerindian, the peoples of the South, whether in Dixie or in the West, share a distinct set of values held in disdain by the majority of America.
