This man sells what in Nepali is called Chalkpot. It is chopped up boiled potato, raw onion, raw coconut mixed with popped rice, popped chickpeas, peanuts, little dough sticks, vinegar, black pepper and chile sauce. The final mix is served in a piece of newspaper that has been rolled into a cone and small squares of cardboard are given as spoons. it costs about 20 rupees for a simple one and about 40 for a little bit of everything on the mans table of ingredients.
