This may be a little long, so if you can, bear with me;) There are only a few things in this world that upset me, like cruelty towards anyone or anything, but what this status is about just isnt right. I was at work tonight and a Christian commercial came on. If theres one decision in my life that Im happy about making, its that I believe in God. To be honest, with this commercial, I feel like theyre sort of fake and kind of push people away and make people want to make fun of Christianity instead of wanting to become part of it. Im not the biggest fan of the commercial, but I appreciate what theyre trying to do. Well, tonight, when the commercial came on, I was thinking those same things until my co worker said: You know, they shouldnt have these kinds of commercials on the radio. It could insult someone. This honestly really upsets me because no one realizes that when theyre saying that, theyre insulting Christians and telling us that were not allowed to speak OUR minds. Just like in a public school. Why cant we do both? I mean, yeah, Id much rather have everyone Believe, but since that isnt going to happen, just let each side say their part. Without bashing each other, of course... ^^;
