This may doom Otters reelection. The private prison he championed that also donated to his campaign, was bilking Idaho. They were charging Idaho taxpayers wages for nonexistent guards. Lack of guards increased violence to the point that prison was called Gladiator School. So Otter and his staff Punished the Corrections Corp of America with their version of slap on the wrist. Otter made it sound like the Idaho State Police were going to investigate when in fact NO investigation was launched. Only recently has the FBI started to investigate the whole mess up to and including the deal to let CCA off the hook. I dont like how a computer contract was given to his campaign contributor. Wish there was an investigation into that too. Something sure does stink.
