This maybe a bit long winded and I apologise for that but it is relevant I think I was pulled over by a Constable not so long ago. I asked to see her ‘warrant card’ immediately. She was out of uniform.... Their warrant cards must be carried on their person at all time. (HRH command – but oddly those warrant card do not truly reflect the queen (by emblem) I asked her ‘who she swore an oath to’...”The Queen” I asked her who she works for ...”A Corporation”.... As proud and bold as punch. Later and more annoyed by her candid and disrespectful replies I went to the Police Station. There in the foyer was the Emblem of the Corporation – the crown without its little lion. Rrr. I spoke with the acting sergeant. I kept it very simple... In the air I drew two boxes (invisible); One for the people under the commonwealth “this is HRH and the People”... and one for the Corporation and its staff “this is the illegal Corporation. Did you vote at a referendum for a Republic to be formed? Did the Queen give royal assent for this to be formed”? I pointed to the corporation box and stated “this is you”, then to the Commonwealth box and said “this is us, the people”. His eyebrows crinkled so I stated “there is no connection between us”. Still looking a little perplexed I went on in LAMENT TERMS so there was no mistake, when he finally identified the police problems. “The corporation gave The NSW Police force ABN numbers. That clearly means you are simply private people working for that corporation.. You have no authority over the people as private citizens, you cannot issue any ‘notices’ ‘fines’ etc against the people sitting under the commonwealth because there are no links between the two. There is no justice system sitting under the Commonwealth any more; as was established many, many years ago, to hear the matters because they all just work for the corporation and not the Commonwealth. It is a corporation which the people cannot identify with nor can they be forced to identify with. Same principle as BHP v myself really – I do not answer to them”. He had been intent on my delivery throughout my candid admissions but now quickly snapped, “How do you know the Police force has abn numbers”? Bingo Job almost done. I replied “ASIC”... He looked down in stunned silence or was that annoyance? I continued “one only needs to stand in your foyer to see who you are working for”. Looking up her asked “what, what do you mean by that”? “the emblem on your clear glass wall in the foyer is the seal of the Corporation and not the Royal Seal”, his eyebrows crinkled in question, so I asked him “where is the little lion above HRH’s crown”? He had no idea but I am sure he will before too long. I continued “so no matter how much power and authority you believe you have over the people there is absolutely NO direct lawful link between you and I to be able to enforce anything over me. Stop and think of what the Corporation has done to the Police themselves. You are just an ordinary person in or out of uniform. You have no ‘legal’ authority over us whilst you are standing under their corporation. They have completely EXPOSED YOU personally to all types of legal action including Fraud and treason and loss of personal property. They did that to you and not the people”. He now has been advised. He ended our discussion quickly. I would not advise any person to get that- up close and personal- with criminals because the threat of ‘shoot first’ is eminent because they are realising that they are completely exposed by the president of the republic and his right hand attorney. However I certainly believe in making them aware that they are trading illegally. The better they understand that not ALL Aussies are ASLEEP and Sheep the better off ‘the people’ will be. IF indeed there is a group at the ICJ then maybe the people can help them out by drafting a letter that can be signed by the people and sent out to the President of their republic and the courts police and other agents and agencies letting them know we support the move to give the people back our commonwealth and the peoples constitution and stating they must deregister their corporation post haste of course. JUST THOUGHTS.
