This message is for Mr P Van Tonder....CEO of Spur branches country wide.Sir it is with disgrace and really anger that i went to your ushaka branch today and was treated badly Your waitress Charlotte Zama, accused us of walking out with out paying, , we were 8 people and asked her to make a special table, of which she refused.... we then landed up separated.... then the one table left, the manager was advised the the remaining people would settle the bill. No!!!! she proceed to contact the other waitress to advise them that one group of people had walked out with paying.meanwhile we still sitting there observing all this. I called her and shouted at her , but she could not retaliate back as she knew she had messed up badly . I want YOU sir to reprimand her or have her removed. failing that i will charge her with defamation of character.
