This month, I received a wonderful testimonial from a very special customer. I am proud to share it here, and am grateful to Mike for sharing his story with me. The necklace he references, Aarons Feather, can now be seen in the Hanan Designs Etsy shop. ----- About 5 years ago I was looking for a necklace for my younger brother and I stumbled across a glass blue feather necklace made by Hanan. I dont remember how I found it but I liked it and thought my brother would too. He loved it and actually wore it everyday, everyday until he was killed by a driver running a red light (redmeansstop.org/victims/aaron-zentz). He was wearing it in that accident and my mother returned it to me after the funeral. I began to wear it everyday to remember him. I have never taken it off. This necklace has traveled with me to over a dozen countries. It has endured military deployments, mountain climbing, ocean diving, cliff jumping, and countless other activities over the last 5 years. Its still in one piece, not one bead has broken and the chain is still as strong as ever. I contacted Hanan to ask if I could have some replicas of the necklace made for my parents and she was able to make more for us. Over the years it has been requested by other friends and family of my brother and she was able to make replicas for them as well. Because of the wonderful service and blessing Miss Hanan has been to my family over the years I highly recommend and commend not only her jewelry and craftsmanship but more importantly her personal character and service.
