This morning Beth Bryant, building secretary in the Science building at Our Lady of the Lake College, was named a Healthy Lives Health Hero by OLOLRMCs Healthy Lives. A Healthy Lives Health Hero is a Healthy Lives member who inspires others to become healthier by taking steps (big or small) to embrace a healthier lifestyle, or a person who demonstrates a commitment to making their health a priority. A Health Hero inspires and motivates others to live better. This award was a surprise to Beth. See the pictures!
