Wow, what a positive blast from all my collie friends! Thank you for making me smile from all your well wishes. I also want to thank you all for keeping this group positive! There are other collie groups that get so dragged down in negativity that they forget why we need these groups - to help collies find where they are supposed to be. When Jean posted the picture of Lee, it wasnt to say how mistreated he was or how life had been bad for him. It was to rejoice that someone had the kindness to drive three hours to get him to Sanctuary where Jean and her band of pirates could make his life better. It will take time but he is on his way to the good life. I know I may seem harsh sometimes but we need to feed off the good and kindness of each other and use that positive energy to overcome the bad. Anyone can drown in sorrow but this group flies with how much we care for our collies, honorary collies, sort of collies and of course the talking collies who ridicule my sock commercials!
