This morning I awoke with thoughts of those who have given so much and made so many sacrifices for me and our country. Today is Veterans Day, a day set aside to honor those who served our nation, some gave their lives, others were broken, all were changed, and they did this with honor. If you see a veteran or active service man or woman say thank you. We sometimes forget the sacrifices made so that we can be free to; live without fear, worship openly and live in freedom. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:7-8.
