This morning I called the cops on a cretin who left his dog locked in his car outside Starbucks in 80 degree weather. The windows were cracked but the dog was clearly miserable. Id seen the car parked next to mine through the Sbucks window and know it had been there at least fifteen minutes and I was shocked when I got in my car and saw that poor pup. I had to leave before the police arrived, but I was promised they were on their way. I hope they made it in time. I was pleased by how seriously they took my call. :(
