This morning I decided to get on the scale. To my surprise, I was five pounds lighter than I thought I would be. This really made my day. In fact, all day long I felt this strength in me to eat better. I felt empowered to eat right. As I was pondering this just now, God put this on my heart: This is much like what happens when you think about my grace over your life. When you start thinking about my favor over your life and that I will never condemn you again, this revelation of my grace and no condemnation is what empowers you and gives you strength to live right.
