This morning I have just done a Vieiwing for a gentleman who has suffered since he was a little boy with terrible teeth. At the age of 65+ he has for the first time in his memory had false teeth fitted that mean he can SMILE - he can let his personality SHINE - he can be HIMSELF - and we were the lucky ones that got to portray that moment he has been waiting for all these decades :) How wonderful for him to be able to face each day with confidence - its amazing how something like that can really hold you back. Next time I see someone who is not smilimg I am not going to judge them as being grumpy or aloof - maybe they cant - for any number of reasons - instead I will pass them and hope for them this new lease on life that our client shared with us today.
