This morning I have reflected on important things that need to be - TopicsExpress

This morning I have reflected on important things that need to be shared while God allows. In the interest of ploughing back to Zambia and Zambians, I will be working out modalities on how I can implement the Nambala Factor Prize in Physics to be awarded to high achieving 3 school leaving pupils at St Edmunds, Mazabuka Girls and the whole province. I was thinking about naming it Elli Mutinta B Nambala Physics Prize but then my late father, brothers and sisters (including my late elder sister) contributed immensely towards my current wellbeing successes also. Indeed his mother who was reared by the Bwembelo family has been my mentor and all time everything from about 1980 to this day. From the time she conceived me till today, she has given out her best to ensure that I am the gentleman you o know today -- although I have failed her lamentably here and there. What has has contributed and/or paid in my lifetime for me can not be converted in money terms. She can not be repaid by anyone for all that she has done for me in this life. It is also in order to appreciate my late father Alexander Mwaanga Nambala who did his best for me until he died in Dec 1988. Memories still linger in my mind of how cool he loved me and I miss him dearly. These two named me even with the name Joel for my late dear uncle Joel M Bwembelo -- who was the immediate elder bro to mum. May I take this opportunity also to thank all my Nambala family members as well as the extended family of aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, etc for being a in important part of my life. The initiative outlined about that I am planning to effect as soon as possible is simply meant to plough back to my fellow country men and women in appreciating how others have been kind to me. From 2000 to 2004, the GRZ through Bursaries Committee spent about 25000 kwacha in tuition, book allowances, project allowances and meal allowances towards my education as a Physics graduate. From 2006 to 2008, the South African government spent about 150000 rands on me through NASSP(/NRF). From 2008 to 2009 the ISU and French government through Alsace region spent about 23000 Euros on my education. From 2012 upto now the SA government has spent about 200000 rands on my progress as a research Physicist. Surely, I can also help one or more Zambians who is or are deserving in one way or another to also be somewhere for his/her or their hard work through my humble unza remuneration where i currently work as a Lecturer and Researcher. And so, this kind of help has to start somewhere. I choose Southern Province of Zambia because that is where I come from having been born in Namalundu town of Mazabuka. For those who dont know my birth area, it is where ZESCO produces electric power for the nation at an institution called Kafue Gorge Power Station. At the time of my birth, dad and mum used to work in Namalundu as GRZ workers. Last but not the least, I thank God for sending Jesus Christ my personal Lord and Saviour to died for my sins and effect the saving of me from sin and not in sin. I am doing my best to ensure that I serve God well to the best of my abilty for the glory and honour of His Name by His grace.
