This morning I participated in a grant webinar with various non profit professionals from around the country. After I asked a question, an ED from Florida commented that shed watched a very interesting documentary on Netflix that had someone with a name like mine in it. I decided not to mention that it was indeed me. Instead I just stated that Ryan Oelrich must be a very common name. She replied, Yes, youre too nice for that person to be you. I was amused.
