This morning, I passed Mr. Gene Bailey, who climbed a bit up a hillside by the road, laid down his cane, and poked a campaign sign into the ground. GENE BAILEY FOR BOARD OF EDUCATION. That moment illustrated Mr. Baileys devotion to Mercer Countys children. At meetings where children are present, he is the one who always speaks to them and shakes their hands. I certainly endorse Mr. Bailey for BOE. He has my vote! :)
