This morning, I prayed the bar would miraculously rise off the ground and find itself above my head after a really nice looking squat. When that didnt happen, I did my best impression of a thruster. Then I prayed Id gracefully swan dive into the most beautiful bar facing burpee. When that didnt hapen, I crawled down (possible) and crawled up (also possible). I also cursed Mr. Castro during the entire duration of 14.5. What I learned over the last 5 weeks, is that I have to get back in shape but that I love the challenge and constant reminder of what you need to work on (everything) and that you need the courage to kep pushing yourself . Thank you Kristina Hess for being my partner and cheerleader through it all!
