This morning I was devastated, thinking that I was going to lose Rudy, my lab mix Ive had over 10 yrs. Anthony discover him stumbling, falling to one side, turning his head sharply to the right, and eyes moving quickly from side to side. My wonderful husband, knowing I dont cope well with losing a pet, took him to the vet. We were prepared for the worst. The news was nothing what I expected. Dr. Sanders, who we are so thankful for always having time for us, diagnosed Rudy with Idiopathic Vestibular disease. He should recover completely, or may have a slight head tilt. What a relief, at least for now.
