This morning about 4:15 am I hear my chickens going nuts. I run outside in my pjs & barn boots to find that Stink Eye and Tyson are running all over the yard. I knew there had to be a raccoon around. Grab the flash light and search the area, no raccoon. I get the girls back up to safety. Take my shower. Look out the back door and there on MY deck eating my cats food is a RACCOON ! So Like a crazy chicken loving lady I go screaming out the door after that rotten head tearing chicken hating mammal ! Showed her who was not afraid of who.
