This morning we as an VFW Honor Guard did a Memorial Service for a Marine Vietnam Veteran. He was 64 years old. He was buried on his own property. What his family did is remarkable for his grave. I think every Veteran should have something like this. As you can see the Flag is made out of rocks. The machine gun is made out of wood and PVC pipe. There is also a cannon on the left but I missed taking a picture of it. It too was made out of wood and PVC pipe. I have been with the Honor Guard a year now and this is the first time I have seen anything like this. I think it really impressed us all.
