This normally one of my least favorite times of the year. Thinking of resolutions new ones (mostly failures from last year that I might get lucky with). A year of broken promises laughing at me. Well thanks to Jen Johnson Hansen and those precious 4 words will you trust me my 2015 resolutions are almost habits and we arent even to the 1st The few resolutions I have seem attainable... Ive been carving away at them for the last few weeks. So 50 lbs doesnt seem like that much when I got rid of 70 last year. Working out doesnt seem so daunting now that Im not dragging my leg behind me. Im finally planning my day around projects and not headaches, discomfort and powernaps. I have an amazing group of people surrounding me in this adventure and I get to watch them feel amazing. So to 2015 Im so excited to bring in the new year.
