This notion that the black man is lazy is not true. Who built those sky scrappers if it was not the black man with a wheel barrow up and down day in and out. I am not defending those lazy fools who simply sits on their arses and do not try. I am defending all of those who became victims of institutionalised discrimination. Those who have clear and crust ideas on how to dance on the economic stage, but ridiculed and their ideas thrown down the trash. I am referring to the University drop outs who could not complete due to distressing hard-ships they live under, then end up working in restaurants and all the other places and are spat on by people who do not know the power their intellect holds. I am talking about the institutionalised discrimination which flourishes on the demise of the black man, whether it being the deprivation to excel in an organisation or the devaluing which is particularly formed to keep him in the same position. I am referring to the discrimination which decapitated the black mans self-esteem. You say the black man is lazy, why is it then that when given a chance he excels to unimaginable levels of achievement. You are not thinking straight when you say, black people are lazy I say most black people are deprived the chances to advance in this Capitalist world. #thank_you
