This one goes out to one of the hardest working men ive ever known, my pa, Joe Ash. I remember being little and unable to sing along to more than the chorus of this song, but Joe knew every word! The thing i remember about him most is how he always came home black. And my sweet grandma didnt mind a bit when he sat down at the dinner table with the only clean parts of him being his hands and the part of his head that was covered by his hard hat. Id like to think hes up there in Heaven relaxing, but if i know Joe, hes doing some type of work cause thats what he loved to do! Hope yall have a wonderful Labor Day!
