This orb is not a street lamp. Behind this building is woods and a railroad track. I have additional video and photos right before it disappears where you can clearly see its location is not across the tracks but before them. There are no houses until you pass the trees that the orb is in front of. When it disappears there is no slow burn-out, flare, or flash. It is quite simply there one minute and gone the next. There are also 3 other locations this same shape appear next to the building and along the tree-line moving towards the dollar store. Anyone familiar with this area knows there is a broken up concrete platform behind the dumpster on the left side of the dollar store heading south towards the railroad tracks. This area has no lighting in the wooded area and concrete area and in two locations you will see these exact same lights. The lights in the woods are much lower however. Around 3-5ft off the ground. The light in the video is approx. 15-20ft. They too poof shortly after sunrise.
