This organization was the reason I live a life that demands explanation because our liberty is bound together in America and across the ocean. Theyve inspired my heart for international causes and the reason I hope to head to Uganda in the next year. In 2010, our little organization (RVAFA) got the attention of IC to visit our school and advocate for child soldiers rehabilitation (and for 3 more years after that) and Ive had the pleasure of supporting the movement ever since. Im very sad to see the US offices close after so much work was put into it by me, by the interns, and by the country but Im so excited to see where this takes them.
