This page was created to bring full attention to the current case being held in US Supreme Court in Michigan against Argentine Township officials ROBERT COLE and DAN ALLEN , They not only refused to apologize to the Bergerons , they also failed to assist him in prosecuting someone who hit him causing injury to his eyebrow, They also failed to reprimand ANYONE for not responding to the Bergerons McCaslin Lake home when their Granddaughters Mother was intoxicated and coming to quote "take" the child from them . His daughter was spoken to at the department , but NO ONE responded to the HOME where the call WAS PLACED FROM, the actual place of DISTRESS. Concern was met due to the fact the father of the child is known to steal guns and promote acts of violance , several threats have been made against the Bergerons over the years. We would hate for the news the next to have read " Grandparents Killed by Angry Drug bent Father , Police never went to home to check on them." or worse yet , Dominic Calhoun. HOW MANY KIDS HAVE TO DIE BEFORE WE DO SOMETHING. ASK IMMEDIATELY THAT THEY STEP DOWN AND REMOVE US FROM THIS THREAT OF DANGER. Mr. Allen upon Mr. Bergeron going to see him face to face told him quote " PROVE IT TO ME" , as you can see by emailing me the documents and evidence held show this to be a valid claim. YOUR $$$$$$$ tax funds are being used to defend them, why can you not use them to defend yourself ? , the Bergerons were told in court they need a Lawyer but no funds are available for them to pay an attorney. Both of the Bergerons live on DISABILITY. WHO HAS THE ADVANTAGE TO TAKE YOUR RIGHTS AWAY ? Argentine thinks they can thru the " GOOD OL BOY " way of handling things. People who pull guns out should intend only to use them for defensive actions , not to prove a point as to how Mr. Bergeron should deal with his Grand Daughters Father. Senseless OFFICIALS NEED TO GO !!
