This past few weeks have been extremely painful for many families, because of the premature death of family members, and some have to contend with feelings of anger and resentment towards God, because of the tragic way of their death. This resentment is understandable and fairly common because everything that happens is either allowed by God or caused by God; so, we naturally ask “why did God allowed such premature-tragic -deaths?” This question has no easy answer, but it helps to know that God is a true Father that loves us with an infinitely greater love than ours, and calls his sons and daughters to his presence according to his wisdom.
