This past weekend, SSDS, took a group of 32 to Panama City, FL. Many in this group were the latest Marion Military Institutes Cadets, earning their Openwater Certification. Saturday morning we enjoyed 3 dives at the beautiful Morrison Springs near Ponce de Leon, FL. For the first three hours we had the whole place to ourselves. On Sunday, SSDS, privately chartered the 68 ft Island Diver from Panama City Dive Center. This is a great vessel for large groups and the crew does a fantastic job! While diving on a wreck and a Bridge Span, several divers saw a large Goliath Grouper and a few even saw a Shark. The Ocean temp is still very warm so get out there and enjoy it.
