This peach cobbler definitely got me in the mood for summer, and it was SO EASY...but CRAZY Good!! ************************************************************************** Easy Fresh Peach Cobbler Serves 16 An easy and great peach cobbler without a lot of the work Prep Time - 20 min Cook Time - 30 min Total Time - 1 hr Ingredients 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (about 6 small or 4 medium size peaches) 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup 2% milk (I would not recommend fat-free milk) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 cup all-purpose flour Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350 2.In a small saucepan combine peaches, water, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar & vanilla 3.Bring peaches to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until soft 4.Prepare a 2 qt baking dish with nonstick spray 5.Pour in melted butter into bottom of baking dish 6.In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and flour together 7.Add in milk and whisk until smooth 8.Spoon in batter to the buttered baking dish 9.DO NOT MIX! 10.Spoon peaches, with all the juices, onto the batter 11.DO NOT STIR! 12.Bake for 30 minutes or until the batter is firm to the touch and golden brown Notes Each serving is 5 WW+ points Nutritional Info Calories 176 Calories from Fat 55 Total Fat 6.1g Saturated Fat 3.8g Cholesterol 16mg Sodium 84mg Potassium 102mg Carbohydrates 30.3g Dietary Fiber 0.7g Sugars 23.7g Protein 1.5g Vitamin A 5% · Vitamin C 2% Calcium 4% · Iron 3% Nutrition Grade - D By MJ Join us here....
