This place is full of scumbags.... still shaking from what l have just witnessed. Not just the cold hearted person who did but all the others who saw it and did abosuletly nothing!!!! :(:(:(:( ....... ...... this little fellow was thrown out of a small light grey car possibly near Hely Doce Pastelaria and Refugio dos Burros shop in Lagoa... as the car drove off he run following it at the danger of being runned over... NO ONE STOPED!!!!. .. l saw him when the car stopped by the traffic lights near Elephant Car Wash... he was jumping as high as the window and crying desperatly.... by the time I got my phone the car had gone!!! I tried to follow and luckily some other ladies had done the same and had managed to pick him up... he was taken to the nearest vet... no chip... beautiful collar and very well looked after. ...PLEASE SHARE TO SEE IF ANYONE RECOGNISES THE DOG AND POSSIBLY THE OWNER SO HE CAN BE PROSECUTED.... we also need a Foster Home or ideally an Adpoting family as the person who took him cannot keep him for longer...PLEASE HELP...
