This poor dog, Waldo, suffered horribly, he slowly died in a hot car, and now his cruel and heartless owner has only been charged with a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty. She said she forgot the dog was in the car and she was in the store for 13 hours!! His life was taken because she did not care one iota about protecting him. She could have made any number of other choices. This makes me so angry. DNA this awful woman!! How is this justice? SMDH....
