This poor patient,Pr SAKTHI SAMUEL ,58 years old is a Pastor,doing ministry in Manaparai for last 25 years.. He got very few 15 to 20 believers in his church who r very poor...He doesn’t have own church building or house.... Now,he is under my care in our GH for diabetic foot... When he came to me ,his foot is almost necrosed and gangrenous...all muscular layers of sole of the foot is necrosed fully,and decayed.Tarsal, metatarsalbones are also badly infected. I have done liberal debrinment,slough excision and deep fasciotomy of lower leg, 4 days back and his pus culture sensitivity is resistant to all antibiotics... practically ,it is wise to go for below knee,or sim’s amputation which i am not planning to do now, as i believe God can bring life to dead bone and muscles (after all our GOD brought Lazerus alive 4 days after his death from the tomb..) Now i request every one to pray our miraculous God to touch his foot and heal it.. to SAVE HIS FOOT... Thank you.... How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, Your God reigns!
