This post continues the subject of non-adherence to contracts and contracts that allegedly do not exist. An entity with the initials “ID” purchased a male by the name of Neener from the slandered person for her breeding program. A contract was signed. Midway through the transaction, a better male became available and was offered to IRINA D. She chose to proceed with that male. The contract had been signed for the originally intended male. Only the cover page needed to be changed. The remainder of the already signed contract required no changes. IRINA D continues to claim that there is no contract in existence. She continues to claim that a contract only existed for the original cat by the name of Rayne Maker. She furthermore demands release of several litter registrations claiming that she has not breached the contract as there is none. Please see two screen shots. IRINA D specifically mentions her signed contract with the breeder pertaining to a cat by the name of Neener. It appears that contrary to IRINA D’s claim, a contract does exist for said cat. Now that we have established the fact that a contract actually does exist, we can talk about IRINA D’s responsibilities under said contract and failure to adhere to the provisions. IRINA D needs to obtain permission to place kittens intact with entities other than her which she also acknowledged. See attached screen shot. Several kittens out of said male Neener are listed that have what appear to be co-owners. Permission to do so was never obtained. In the face of obvious breach of contract, the breeder exercised her right and refused to sign any litter registration. Please also refer to the first screenshot where ID is asking permission to place an intact cat with another breeder as well as another screen shot showing that she was very much aware of her contractual requirements. IRINA D was offered an option to buy out the breeder’s interest in this cat. She refused. In fairness to IRINA D having spent money to purchase the cat, breeder advised IRINA D of option to register in a different association (can be done without breeder’s signature), wait 3 generations (instead of the contractual 2 generations) and then register offspring in original registry. It is our understanding that IRINA D has proceeded with this option. We cordially invite IRINA D to post proof that there was no contract. Proof would render all other points moot. Not posting proof within one month from the date of this post will constitute acknowledgement by IRINA D that a contract exists and that she has breached said contract.
