Lengthy but worth the read; ) First off, I LOVE FITNESS and my OILS, if you do didnt know that, then you are crazy!!!!...haha. anyways. Life is real, it got in the way and I havent been active with working out but Now I am ready to take control..tomorrow it starts with P90X3 and guess what????? I did it! I signed up to be a Beachbody Coach. I was very involved with my Women on Weights Class and loved it but now it was time to be frugal again (I have 4 kids) so my hubby Brandon Fails got our basement set and I am ready to rock a challenge group FOR FITNESS! My great friend Britagne Jake Miller and I will be success partners and we are very stoked to help everyone with Fitness, Nutrition and overall wellness coaching!! Want to join? Lets do it. I am ready to get this holiday flab off and get my washboard abs back!!! But with fitness I must be prepared. I must prep my gym bag and so today I am doing a GYM BAG MAKE OVER! !!! 1 Sanitizing Spray Sanitize your yoga mat, handweights, and other workout equipment with this simple spray. Add ½ cup water and 2-6 drops On Guard® Protective Blend to a glass spray bottle. Shake well before each use. Tip: Try Lemon essential oil or Purify Cleansing Blend for a fresh scent. 2. Help flush out toxins by drinking lots of water. Make drinking water more appealing by flavoring it with 1-2 drops of Lemon essential oil. 3 Slim & Sassy® Metabolic Blend supports healthy metabolism and helps manage appetite between meals. 4.
