This post was written back in May by the logical brain behind MS Horses, my husband, Bill. Im amazed looking back at the time this was written to where we are today. Our volunteer as well as donor base has grown far beyond what I could have ever imagined. We couldnt do this without the trainers, volunteers, veterinarians, adoptive and foster families, law enforcement and other rescue organizations that we partner with. Our transparency in how we operate and the success stories we share have earned us your trust and we can never thank you enough for believing in what we do and caring so much about the horses. In light of the recent increase in supporters due to the Copiah County horses, I wanted to share this post because it explains who we are and how we operate. We have a lot of new and exciting changes coming in 2015 that we cant wait to share with you so please stay tuned!! In the meantime, the crew at Muleshoe Ranch is overseeing the care of 12 Copiah County horses that are in quarantine for 30 days or until all signs of illness are gone. While several of these horses will be leaving for their new home or to other rescue organizations, the work they have in front of them is enormous, both physically and emotionally. Please keep them and the Copiah County horses in your thoughts and prayers. We wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas!
