This poster hung in my room from I dunno.... 92 til we moved in 96, then again in 96 til we moved again in 99. I still have it though its no longer hanging and its been horribly abused. Almost every night before bed, I would look up at my 3 heroes and thank them for their words and melody. When the 3 heroes became 2, I would add a line or two wishing Dave and Krist peace and healing for their loss. I actually wrote a creative essay in my freshman year, about how this poster alone, sort of symbolized the bands past, present and future with the artists use of lighting, posture and the band members facial expressions. Everyone thought I was insane, but I believe I got a B overall. I think I might dig this artifact out of the attic and frame it, for posterity.
