#stlwx #mowx #ilwx #stl Intense cold and a few spot flurries are likely the rest of today with temperatures at midday hovering near 10°...a few degrees colder north and less cold to the south. The gusty winds are driving wind chills to dangerous levels... well below zero across our area. Tonight, those winds will go light and with a near record high pressure moving overhead, get set for sub zero low temperatures across the entire region. Im forecasting -1 in STL metro...although some of the low lying areas (Chesterfield Valley for instance) could drop to between -3 and -5 by morning.
