This public defender Mr. Raymond T. Faller is asking a higher court to make the Honorable Judge Tracie Hunter rule on 13 pending cases pending before her. This is a politically targeted effort to undermine the First African American Juvenile Court Judge in Hamilton County. Making a motion before a higher court by any attorney to have a judge disciplined is disfavored by most attorneys who will not attack Judges in this manor fearing political reprisal of their own careers. The NAACP and local churches should come to her aid and have the courts probed in the wake of his actions. African Americans must not like this judge well she is getting little support while this is happening to one of our judges. Pastor Bobby Hilton did support her when the Enquirer made the similar complaint to a higher court asking the court to overrule her decision not to allow them in her court which was granted. Even though the court rule for the Enquirer Bishop Bobby Hilton is a leading activist bless you Bishop Hilton……
