This religious war going on now in Egypt is just that, a religious war. On one side is the religious brotherhood who took control of the government last year & immediately began to appoint their own kind to all government posts as well as write a constitution that restricted the freedoms of all the people. A government bent on controlling the thoughts, actions & futures of the people based on the Koran & how the brotherhood defined it. On the other side were the people who wanted the freedom of thought, freedom of action, freedom of education, freedom for women, freedom of science & most of all freedom form the religious cults of the Islamic world. These people were the ones that caused the first revolution & now again have caused the second revolution. These people want simple to live their lives without the rule of black robed religious police & have a future for their country. Thirdly the army, they own vast amounts of land as well as major corporations & that ownership along with the power they want to maintain is what has caused them to react as they have. The army is/has taken the path of of helping the non religious people over the religious Islamic brotherhood, a path that in the end will be much better for the whole world as well as for the people of Egypt. https://facebook/MrRealityfromtheleft
