I stopped using Jiffy Lube when I took my new Ford to the Lomita store, and from the first oil change to the third, they were the only ones to touch my car. After the third oil change, I began to leak oil, and noted that the oil leak was from the drain plug. I took it back, and they denied responsibility, even after I told them they were the only ones to touch my car, and had the receipts. I had to take it to a shop in Hawthorne that did heli-coil work, because the pan is made of aluminum, and Jiffy Lube refused to pay for the repair. Granted this was about 2006, and there wasnt any social media or recourse at the time to share my story.
