This right here is what we call Butter Strap. You take the deer back strap and slice it I run it through the tenderizer. After the first trip I coat it with Tonys and Garlic powder. Run it through the tenderizer a couple of more times to push the seasoning into the meat. Melt a stick of real butter in a large skillet add the back strap and cover. Let it make its own juice. Cook about 30 minutes then add 2 large onions and replace the lid for about 10 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer until almost all liquid is gone. Tender with a awesome taste.
