This scam has been around for more than 10 years. There are NO refugee camps in Dakar. NONE. ZERO There is no pretty refugee, no dead father and no millions in the bank. There is a fat man in an internet cafe who copies pictures of pretty West African models, sets up fake profiles, and cons men into sending HIM money and revealing his bank details so they can empty your account The name and country of the "girl" and "dead father" change weekly but this scam has been around forever.
