Set aside the time for conscious work and meditation so you are ready before hand to experience deeper levels of consciousness. If you are in the process of having a panic or anxiety attack it is fine to do these meditations it will help you centre and calm yourself again. Basic Anxiety Tips: If you find yourself in a space whereby you cannot do meditation, try focus your anxious energy on something else such as playing with something in your hand, working out or doing sport. Try your best to eat as healthy and clean as possible. Get your mind off any anxious thoughts as quickly as possible. One method is to do count downs or simply focus on your breathing. The more you do these exercises the stronger you become and the deeper you can go within your mind Simple Breathing Techniques: Become conscious of your breathing and bring your awareness to your breath. This is a form of meditation in itself. Lengthen your breath with long exhales and long inhales. This does well to calm you down. Fill your chest up with air, hold three seconds, then exhale, but do this slowly and gently at your own pace. Consciously bring your breath to different parts of your body. Imagine your breath moving down to your feet when you inhale, then back up to your heart when you exhale. These techniques all help with becoming more aware of the mind body connection. Remember your brain constantly forms new connections as you learn.So training exercises is the best way to reprogram or awakening yourself to your inner healer.
