This short video shares my IsaBody transformation. The words to this song mean everything to me during this transformation. I spent years doubting myself and my ability to make a transformation, until one day I decided enough was enough. It was more important to me to be a strong leader and an example for those around me. I worked out, I ate decent, but I knew I could do way better than I was doing. I remember the fear I felt in starting my IsaBody Journey, and in making myself vulnerable and saying this is what Im going to do. I had no idea how it would turn out. But there is this voice deep inside all of us that says, Just have Faith, take the leap, and everything will work out! I thank God everyday that I did take the leap. As youll see, the results didnt happen over night. They didnt even happen in a month or two months. There was good, steady progress. I encourage each of you to listen to that voice of truth deep inside of you. Take the leap and press through. Whatever your dream may be, just make a decision to go for it with everything you have.
