This should get me in trouble but thats all right: Im a boss, you want to protest how much you make, thats your right, DO IT ON YOUR OWN TIME. You walk off the job, you are fired. You fail to arrive for your shift, you are fired. You were told the conditions of employment when you were hired, dont like them now, find another job. As the boss, I also have to be fair and if I have complied with your work conditions, I have the right to fire you if I want. Believe me, lots of people would love to get your job. Oh, if you are in a union an have the right to strike, fine, you will still have your job when strike is over but till then, someone else will have your job.
